Tofu and Chicken Nugget

- 150 g ground chicken (5.3oz)
- ½ ts salt
- pepper
- 1 tbs potato starch or corn starch
- 1 tbs mayonnaise
- oil for frying
Miso mayo dipping sauce
- 1 ts miso of your choice
- 2 tbs mayonnaise
Nugget filling
Mixed ground chicken and tofu, salt, Pepper, one tablespoon of potato starch, and mayonnaise. Mix Until combined. Mayonnaise binds everything together.
Pour vegetable oil for flying into a flying them 1 cm from the bottom; you don't need a lot of oil for the recipe, And drop the tofu nugget shaping in to look like a nugget by using two spoons.deep fry until golden brown it's going to take four to five minutes.
