BACON AND BROCCOLI DORIA

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz bacon
  • 2 oz broccoli
  • 1 portion cooked rice (120~200g)
  • ½ cup half and half ( half heavy cream half milk)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbs tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 2 tbs shredded cheese
  • 1 hot spring egg

Instructions
 

  • Cut bacon into strips, cook until fat coming out.
  • Cut broccoli into bite size. Cook in microwave for 40 to 50 seconds on 600w.
  • Put cooked rice in a heat proof dish, pour over half and half. Distribute evenly.
    Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon tomato sauce on top. Put broccoi, bacon and hot spring egg. Sprinkle shredded cheese.
  • Bake in a toaster oven until nicely browned.
