soumen noodles (50g)

minced ginger

minced garlic

minced long green onion (or onion)

can
tuna (in oil or soup)

sesame oil
chopped scallion

hot spring egg (or egg)

tsp
Ground white sesame seeds

chicken stock

soy sauce
½
tsp
Doubanjan ( fermented broad bean hot paste)
Instructions
Mince garlic, ginger and long green onion.
Heat your pot on medium, add in tuna. Add ginger, garlic and long green onion. Cook until fragrant. Add in Doubanjan and cook until evenly mixed.
Pour in chicken stock. Bring it to a boil, season with soy sauce.
Add in soumen noodles, stir constantly not to stich each other. Cook 2 mins.
※If you use egg, drop and cook 2 mins more.
Transfer noodle soup to a bowl, add in hot spring egg.
Top with sesame oil, scallion and sesame seeds.
