Hamburger steak
- 1 onion (medium-size)
- 450 g ground beef and pork
- ½ cup Panko bread crumb
- 3 tbs whole milk
- 1 ts salt
- 1 large egg
- ½ ts sugar
- ¼ ts nutmeg
- ¼ ts black pepper
- 2 ts ketchup
DIY Demi-glace sauce
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbs light brown sugar
- 2 tbs sake
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1~2 tbs ketchup
- 1 tbs Tonkatsu sauce
- 1 ts vegetable oil
- 1 ts all-purpose flour
DIY Demi-glace sauce
Pour 1/2 cup water into the frying pan, bring it to a boil.Pass through a sieve.Add in seasonings and mix well. Heat a clean frying pan on medium, add in vegetable oil.Add in flour and cook 1 to 2 mins until bubbling.Add in gravy mixture, cook until thicken stirring constantly.
Assemble
Get your hamburger steak back to the sauce.Cook until heated through.Serve with mashed potato and vegetables.
