How to Make Garlic Chive Sauce | Niradare(にらだれ)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2~1 bunch Garlic Chives
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Pepper

Equipment

  • 1 heat-proof container
  • 1 frying pan

Method
 

  1. Cut off a small portion of the tough bottom part of the garlic chives and chop them finely
  2. heat our oil until it's really hot.
    "When the oil is hot and smoking, carefully pour it over the garlic chives.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and let it cool to room temperature.
    Store in the fridge. Keep well up to a week.
