Ingredients
  

  • 9 Large lemons organic
  • 360 g (1 ⅘ cup) Granulated sugar
  • 100 g (⅓ cup) Honey
  • 15 g Dry Lavender

Equipment

  • 1 jar

Method
 

  1. Shave lemon peel without the white part.
    Squeeze juice.
  2. Combine everything in a clean jar.
    Marinade until the sugar dissolve and turn pink.
  3. Strain the liquid and transfer it to a clean bottle.
    Keep well in the fridge for up to 3 months.
