Ingredients

  • 150 g ground chicken (5.3oz)
  • ½ ts salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbs potato starch or corn starch
  • 1 tbs mayonnaise
  • oil for frying
Miso mayo dipping sauce
  • 1 ts miso of your choice
  • 2 tbs mayonnaise

Equipment

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 strainer

Method
 

Tofu preparation
