Instructions
Cut sliced beef into bite size. Tear mushroom into bite size.
Crush garlic cloves.
Dump everything in a ziplock bag, rub to distribute the seasonings evenly.
Freeze.
How to thaw:
1) Microwave
2)Leave in a fridge overnight.
Cook on medium with 1/4 cup of water.
Serve with rice and Hot Spring egg.
