Equipment
- frying pan
Ingredients
- 300 g sliced beef
- 100 g shimeji mushroom
- 100 g maitake mushroom
- 1 ts sugar
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbs Mirin
- 4~5 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Cut sliced beef into bite size. Tear mushroom into bite size. Crush garlic cloves.
- Dump everything in a ziplock bag, rub to distribute the seasonings evenly.Freeze.
- How to thaw:1) Microwave2)Leave in a fridge overnight.
- Cook on medium with 1/4 cup of water.
- Serve with rice and Hot Spring egg.
