Beef and Mushroom rice bowl

Maitake is the best immune boosting food!

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g sliced beef
  • 100 g shimeji mushroom
  • 100 g maitake mushroom
  • 1 ts sugar
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs oyster sauce
  • 1 tbs Mirin
  • 4~5 cloves garlic

Equipment

  • frying pan

Method
 

  1. Cut sliced beef into bite size. Tear mushroom into bite size.
    Crush garlic cloves.
  2. Dump everything in a ziplock bag, rub to distribute the seasonings evenly.
    Freeze.
  1. How to thaw:
    1) Microwave
    2)Leave in a fridge overnight.
  1. Cook on medium with 1/4 cup of water.
  2. Serve with rice and Hot Spring egg.
