- Cut bacon into strips, cook until fat coming out.
- Cut broccoli into bite size. Cook in microwave for 40 to 50 seconds on 600w.
- Put cooked rice in a heat proof dish, pour over half and half. Distribute evenly.Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon tomato sauce on top. Put broccoi, bacon and hot spring egg. Sprinkle shredded cheese.
- Bake in a toaster oven until nicely browned.
