BACON AND BROCCOLI DORIA

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz bacon
  • 2 oz broccoli
  • 1 portion cooked rice (120~200g)
  • ½ cup half and half ( half heavy cream half milk)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbs tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 2 tbs shredded cheese
  • 1 hot spring egg

Method
 

  1. Cut bacon into strips, cook until fat coming out.
  2. Cut broccoli into bite size. Cook in microwave for 40 to 50 seconds on 600w.
  3. Put cooked rice in a heat proof dish, pour over half and half. Distribute evenly.
    Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon tomato sauce on top. Put broccoi, bacon and hot spring egg. Sprinkle shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in a toaster oven until nicely browned.
