Method
- Cook diced bacon in a pan, until fat coming out and start browning.
- Meanwhile, shift dry ingredients. Make a well in a center, crack egg and add half milk. Whisk until the egg and milk well combined. Add the rest of the milk and mix to just combine.
- Add Edamame, cheese and cooked bacon to the panbake batter.
- Heat the pan on medium-low, ladle the batter. Cover the lid and cook until bubble coming up in the center. Flip over and cook 2 more mins.
- In another pan, cook sunny side up to your liking.
- Serve the pancake with sunny side up and miso cream.
