Teriyaki sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup soy sauce (240ml)
  • ½ cup Mirin (120ml)
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • green part of long green onion ※optional
  • skin of ginger ※optional

Equipment

  • pot

Method
 

  1. Put everything in a pot, cook on low heat.
  2. Simmer 5 mins.
  3. Let it cool to room temp.
    Strain and transfer to a bottle.
  4. You can keep it up to 3 months in the fridge.
