Method
- Mince garlic, ginger and long green onion.
- Heat your pot on medium, add in tuna. Add ginger, garlic and long green onion. Cook until fragrant. Add in Doubanjan and cook until evenly mixed.
- Pour in chicken stock. Bring it to a boil, season with soy sauce.
- Add in soumen noodles, stir constantly not to stich each other. Cook 2 mins. ※If you use egg, drop and cook 2 mins more.
- Transfer noodle soup to a bowl, add in hot spring egg.Top with sesame oil, scallion and sesame seeds.
