That makes me want to make more egg sandwich videos! 

We have many varieties of egg sandwiches made with Shokupan.

It’s a Japanese Conbini food staple, and this is one of the top sales product.

〈Regular Tamago Sand〉1 servings

2 slices Shokupan

2 hard-boiled eggs (large)

1 1/2 tbs Japanese mayo (kewpie half)

1/2 tbs heavy cream or milk

1/4 ts salt

1/4 ts sugar pepper

〈Double Tamago Sand〉1 servings

2 slices Shokupan

1 hard-boiled eggs (large)

2 tbs egg filling (from the regular egg sandwich)

1/2 ts Japanese mayo (kewpie half)

1/2 ts mustard

〈Tamagoyaki Sand〉1 servings

2 slices Shokupan

1 egg (large)

1/2 ts potato starch or corn starch

1/2 ts Mentsuyu

2 ts water

※Mentsuyu substitute: 1/4 ts soy sauce +2 1/4 ts dashi

1/2 ts Japanese mayo (kewpie half)

1/2 ts ketchup

〈Scrambled Tamago Sand〉1 servings

2 slices Shokupan

1 large eggs

1/4 ts salt

1 tbs whole milk

1/2 tbs Japanese mayo (kewpie half)
